These terms apply to your use of earlylaunch.co and to any launch submission, purchase or other service from Differential Launch Platforms (“Early Launch”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What Early Launch is
Early Launch publishes founder interviews, product reviews and guides written by an editor. Our editorial standards are described in the methodology, and our interests and use of AI tools are stated in the disclosure.
Information, not advice
Everything we publish is for general information. Reviews and guides are the editor’s opinion at a given time. They are not legal, financial, investment or professional advice, and they are not a guarantee of results. You are responsible for your own decisions.
Submitting a launch
When you submit a launch, you confirm that the information you give is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Submitting does not guarantee coverage. The editor decides what is covered, and free coverage is chosen independently of payment, as described in how a product gets selected for free coverage. We do not charge a fee to be considered.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the material you provide, including your answers, links, names and images, to produce and publish your pages and to promote them. Launch pages are public and permanent, and we may keep them online indefinitely. You keep ownership of your product and of your material.
Editorial independence
You may correct facts on a page about your product. You may not approve or change the editor’s verdict, and paying for a higher level does not buy a more favorable one. If you believe a page contains an error, follow the corrections process in the methodology.
Paid launch levels and the Kit
Paid launch levels and the Early Launch Kit are described in basic, full and premium Evidence Launch compared and in the Early Launch Kit. The scope and the price of what you buy are shown or agreed before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor, and its terms apply to the payment itself. Payment terms, including any refund terms, are shown at the point of purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, to submit false or misleading information, to infringe anyone’s rights, to interfere with the site’s operation or security, to scrape it in ways that overload it or to send unsolicited commercial messages through it.
Our content
The articles, images, design and other content on the site belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link. You may not copy, republish or sell our content without permission.
Third-party links
We link to products and sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link is not an endorsement unless a page says so.
No warranty
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any page will be complete, current or suitable for your purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Early Launch will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or its content. Our total liability for any claim related to the site or the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Changes and ending use
We may change these terms or the site at any time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the change. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and you and we consent to that jurisdiction, except where the law of your place of residence gives you mandatory rights to another forum.
