Effective October 11, 2026
This policy explains what personal data Differential Launch Platforms (“Early Launch”, “we”, “us”) collects through earlylaunch.co, why we collect it and what choices you have. You can reach us at hello@earlylaunch.co.
What we collect
Newsletter. If you subscribe, we collect your email address and the date you subscribed. If a form offers more fields, we collect only what the form asks for.
Launch submissions. If you submit a launch, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, the details of your product, links, your answers to our questions and any material you send. Interview answers are used to write your pages.
Messages. If you write to us, we keep the message and your address so that we can reply.
Payments. If you buy a launch level or the Early Launch Kit, payment is processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We receive confirmation of the purchase and the details needed to deliver it. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Site analytics. We measure how the site is used with a privacy-focused analytics tool. It records page views and general information such as country, device type and referring site. It does not use advertising cookies and is not used to build profiles of individual visitors.
How we use data
We use personal data to deliver the newsletter, to evaluate and produce launch pages, to process purchases, to answer messages, to keep the site secure and to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Legal bases
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent for the newsletter, on performing a contract or taking steps at your request for submissions and purchases, and on our legitimate interest in running and securing the site and understanding how it is used.
Who receives data
We use service providers for hosting, email delivery, payment processing and analytics. They process data on our behalf and only for those purposes. We may disclose data if the law requires it. If the business changes hands, data may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
Published launch pages
A launch page is public and permanent. It contains what the founder agreed to publish. If you need a correction or removal, write to us and we will look at it, keeping in mind the corrections process in the methodology.
How long we keep data
We keep newsletter data until you unsubscribe. We keep submission and purchase records for as long as needed to deliver the service and to meet legal and accounting duties. We keep messages for as long as needed to deal with them.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time with the link in each email. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing and to withdraw consent. Write to hello@earlylaunch.co and we will respond. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
Children
Early Launch is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced on the site.
